Rain Down on Me...

After weeks of hard work (literally back aches and all )..i've got 3 days off for the new year and now!!! it's ENDING!!! *sob*
I really hate to start work cause i havent rested enough...didnt get to go out shopping,didnt get to watch movie, didnt get to buy my clothes,didnt get to meet my friendsssss....*SOB* I DUN WANNA WORKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK......
time to return back to reality... =(

went on a mini heritage tour on my birthday with my darling bestie.. we took the nel down to ..

FIRST STOP : lil india..
did henna..jia bought bangles..and me bought henna paste.
we were commenting how this part of singapore looks completely different.not the usual hustle and bustle people-filled concrete jungle. we had our lunch at the apollo banana leaf place(i think it's called tht) then we starting walking ard..took some pictures..
one funny thing is tht..the jay walkers there are rather "hiong"..(hokkein word). They jus cross like it's their ah pa's road. so.. the timid me (or isit timid US)decided to follow some "old birds" and jay walked too.trust me, jay walking has never been tht easy.

NEXT STOP: China town
we got out..and the place seems to be realli jam packed. ( and it was only ard 2 plus in the afternoon) walked thru the pasar malam thingy(seriously, been thinking abt this, i thought pasar malam was suppose to be night market. NIGHT.. but these days ppl open real early)got ourselves fruits!! yummy.. then we went up to ppl's park complex..got myself a denim jeans. waited for my blur sis(who apparently lost her way) and laughed at her poor sense of direction. trek thru few stalls and decided to head for the last destination.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST: Harbourfront , vivo city
walk for a short while but the 3 of us walked into some spanish shop and there was tht skirt!!!!! omg...i really want it but it's way above my budget. hmmm.... (*sulked)went to subway to get our dinner and head to mum's.

whew...getting sleepy now. anyway i might not blog for awhile...kinda busy at work. see you guys soon =)

Thanks to my Tofu brain. Here am I with a new blog again. I lost my password to the previous one and i dunno which email did i register under.
Well.. Today's the 30th Jan and i am so not counting down. Argh.. Got abt a week left to getting OLD.(sheesh)PPl says..once you hit tht "magic" number time will fly by real quick.Somehow It already did flew by real fast huh.. 2006 just went by like snapping of fingers.
I decided to do something few days ago- I cut off tht hair of mine til it's real short. Me and jia both kept our tails and I told her to try and keep it til she comes back from Aussie. 2.5 yrs might jus come and go real quick.By then,I'll be 23 !(shuddders)
Few days ago, something sad happened. I decided to change Junior(my parrotlet) with my friend(for some reasons). Just at time, It was as if Ju knows i am giving him away. Tht morning when i took him out, it seems like he was not well. True enough when i went to my friend's house ju feet cramped out.(reminds me of chupie)I basically got quite worried at tht time. My friend took ju and put him beside his fridge (cos it's warm there). Friend said ju wont last long. My heart skipped a beat hearing tht.I wanted so much for ju to find it's mate.
I knelt tht and say a quick prayer for Ju. I cant bear to see another bird die in my hands.I left ju with my friend in hope tht it'll get better. My friend did his best to keep ju alive. Avian antibiotics given but to my utter dismay ju died.

Sorry Ju that I did not take gd care of you but I thank God for having you with me.
